The Dinner Party formula offers a different format from the set-date menus:
  • You can choose the date
  • ​You must be a group of 6 people.
  • The suggested donations for these are £25/person.
  • Wines and pre-dinner drinks are BYO.
 
The menus are simpler, offering hearty dishes as would be found in a rural auberge or a mountain restaurant.
So get your friends together and contact me with a suggested date and the chosen menu for your party. Select one from the four choices below.
I use garlic, spices, nuts, dairy products & wheat in my cooking. I therefore do not recommend my menus for anyone with any allergies or intolerance to these ingredients.
 
​Menu campagnard​

Starter: Tarte aux poireaux

Main: Home-made sausages with Puy lentils ragout

Dessert: Ile flottante. Coffee/infusion.

 

​​​​Menu de l'auberge

Starter: Terrine de campagne on leaves with light walnut dressing

Main: Bavette échalotte with celeriac and potato mash

Dessert: Poire Belle-Helene. Coffee/infusion.

 

Menu du montagnard

Starter: Garbure (a cabbage, beans and duck confit soup)

Main: Tartiflette (a hearty potato dish with cheese and bacon)  et salade verte

Dessert: Crepes Suzette. Coffee/infusion.

 
​Menu végétarien

Starter: Gougéres on leaves with light walnut dressing

Main:  Tarte aux poireaux & Pipérade

Dessert: Fondant au chocolat & creme anglaise. Coffee/infusion.
